陈一兰
Disciple of Master Chen Ziqiang
Chenjiagou Taijiquan School Italy

Disciple of Master Chen Ziqiang, she is a dedicated practitioner and founder of Da Jia Taijiquan in Milan, committed to the transmission of Chen Family Taijiquan in Italy.

She has been practicing Taiji for over two decades, progressively deepening her understanding of the Chen style in its various dimensions, including hand routines and traditional weapons.

Throughout her journey, she studied with different teachers, to whom she remains deeply grateful. In 2015, she met Master Chen Ziqiang, an encounter that marked a turning point in her path. From that moment on, she chose to follow him exclusively, regularly attending his seminars across Europe and participating in study trips to Chenjiagou.

She was later accepted as a direct disciple (Chen Yilan, 陈一兰), becoming part of the 21st generation of the Chen family lineage.

In Milan, Italy, she founded the school Da Jia (大架), as a way of honoring and preserving the teachings she received. The school has since been recognized as the Chen Ziqiang Taijiquan School Italy (陈自强太極拳学堂意大利), and is dedicated to transmitting the traditional principles of Chen-style Taijiquan to both adults and children.

In parallel to her martial arts training, she also pursued studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, specializing in Tuina, moxibustion, and Chinese dietetics. She further expanded her knowledge through studies with Sarah Pritchard at the London College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, exploring Yin-style Tuina, a therapeutic approach particularly adapted to Western practitioners.
